Welcome to Kultivated Beauty! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Kultivated Beauty specializes in:

  • Stage Hair Styling: Professional hair services tailored for stage performances.
  • Stage Makeup: Flawless and show-ready makeup application.
  • Full Beauty Packages: Comprehensive hair and makeup services for events and shows.


2. Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your service.
  • Appointment slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


3. Cancellations and Transfers

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing within 7 Days of the Show to receive a refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the show.
  • Service Transfers: If you transfer your service to another show date, a $50 transfer fee will apply. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the originally scheduled show date and are subject to availability.


4. Late Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment. Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments.


5. Liability

Kultivated Beauty ensures all services are provided with the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Reactions to products or materials used during the service. Please inform your stylist or artist of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
  • Changes to the show schedule or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


6. Rights to Refuse Service

Kultivated Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to clients who:

  • Fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Exhibit inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff.


7. Agreement

By booking with Kultivated Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
